Setem Ku Individu Photo Submission Guidelines

Setem Ku Individu offers personalised postage stamps. To protect intellectual property, personality rights, and public interest, all photo submissions must follow these rules:

1. Only photos of individuals (yourself, family members, or close friends) are permitted.
2. Photos featuring public figures, celebrities, influencers, or individuals of public interest are allowed only if the photo includes you (the photo owner); otherwise, valid written consent is required.
3. Submitted photos must adhere to the following rules:
   1. Avoid content that could cause social or religious conflict or offend any race or faith.
   2. Exclude political symbols, messaging, or defamatory material.
   3. Do not include animals considered sensitive by any religion.
   4. Ensure all content upholds core moral values.
4. Non-personal images (e.g. drawings, logos, buildings, animals, objects etc.) are not allowed.
5. All submissions must follow Pos Malaysia's terms and conditions.
6. Pos Malaysia reserves the right to reject or cancel non-compliant submission without notice. Refunds will be processed accordingly.
7. By submitting, you agree to these guidelines and terms.
